I hope everyone is well. I am curious what websites members tend to gravitate towards for their purchases. I have ordered from Americantruck and carid. My first order with Americantruck was for new running boards, mud flaps, and a rear bed step. All were purchased as new but my entire order was returned used items. They replaced the mud flaps (which were in 4 different grocery bags when I opened the box), bed step, and gave me a discount on the running boards. Next I ordered a grill guard from carid around Black Friday. That showed up damaged and after the manufacturer and shipping company disputed each other for a long time a second grill guard was shipped the beginning of February. That one showed up damaged as well and they have promised to refund me within 5 business days from the 18th. Yesterday I had to call again because I still haven’t been refunded and was told it would be refunded in 3 business days. The funny not funny part is they used the same shipping company and the same driver got out of the truck but didn’t even take the grill guard off the truck. He just brought it to the back so I could take pictures. Needless to say I am looking for alternative shopping options

Let's see so far I've bought from Americantruck, realtruck, Husky, Carid (not for this but for other vehicles), and the mopar store (ship to the dealer for $0 shipping). Never had any problems like you mentioned above. The only annoying thing about the mopar store is that you never really know when the part is coming in unless you bug the dealer (and even then they only know an "estimated" date).

Feel free to send me a message on here, we typically have the lowest price online on anything aftermarket!

Even the MOPAR website offers some pretty good discounts sometimes. Currently 15%.

Thanks for the introduction. I just started looking around and I don’t see an area for 5th Gen products. They come up in search but mixed in with 09-18. Nothing wrong with it but if you had a dedicated area that makes it easy to find things I don’t know I want or need yet I would be all over it lol. I will do some more searching for sure and message you when I find what I am looking for.

We're actually in the process of rebuilding the website, it is VERY bad right now and hard to navigate, best bet is to shoot me a PM and I'll get you the best price and a draft link to order!

Probably the best place to find suspension parts. Great deals and great shipping. I think anyone here would go to bat for Maxtrac anything.

not gonna lie. I've bought about $500 worth of parts from Accessory Parts so far and my truck hasnt even been delivered yet! They do have solid pricing, great communication and fast shipping. So they are my "go to" at this point.
