What’s causing water in the storage compartment under the left rear seat

There’s a vent behind the seatbacks on the back cab wall. The flaps wear off.

I had that problem and dealer replaced the vents (at least they said they did). Still leaked. Ordered new off amazon and attempted to replace them. Box was too close to cab to drop them out that way so ended up doing it from the inside. Pulled the seats and used one of the old ones to practice reinserting. Ended up silicone caulking them while installing the new ones. Had to break off two unused tabs to get them in. Caulked around the inside and been dry ever since.
