My 5 ft nothing wife needed some help getting in so I installed these. I am not a fan of them in general but between her, the kids, and the fact that I like to glass from the door while hunting, they are a usable modification. Fit was spot on, finish is good, super easy install. They have plenty to step on but do not protrude too far from the cab. 230 bucks from Amazon.

Also installed the WT hood protector. Unfortunately I was a bit late as I found a small ding/chip already

I love mine! I had the same exact ones on my 4th gen as well. Can't beat them for the price.

Have those on my wife's Grand Cherokee. They are not three years old and the paint faded, chipped away and there's an actual rust hole through the top, of all places. They looked great but I'm really disappointed about how badly they rusted apart. I hope yours hold up better.

Hmmm, bummer. Are the roads salted where you are at? I dropped the end of one of them on my driveway and it didn't leave a mark. Fingers crossed.

Nice I have the Westin R5 on mine .5A62635E-639D-4703-9F6F-D182B1A53B2D.jpeg

I live in NY on Long Island so we do have salted roads during the winter but it's not everyday...lol. I see your in CA so with your dry weather you should do better with rust. The rust hole on top of the bar is what really confuses me. You would think it would be at the bottom where water might have settled. They do look great but I've sanded and repainted them twice already.

Yea, no salted roads for the most part in CA. It is odd it happened on the top. Damn salt is nasty.

I have the 5" protraxx in chrome and think they are great.
