Spends too much time on here
Went out to my truck to grab some stuff out of the bed. Unlocked the truck and pulled on my tailgate to release it, nothing. I could hear the mechanism but it wouldn’t release. Well this wouldn’t be a problem but I have a BakFlip MX4 on there. So no reaching over and seeing what’s what. Hmmmm, tried to lock the truck and unlock it again maybe the tailgate had not caught up. Nope still secured, which is great if someone were trying to steal something. Not so much when I as the owner need to get in there.
Looked to see if in the manual if there is a “ case of “ emergency bring glass getout of jail free thing, nope. Time to put the higher education to use, after 15 minutes of crying I wiped off the tears and tried it again. Pop here she comes, she’s doing it the little tailgate is dropping like it should. Who says shedding tears on your Ram doesn’t help lol.
Oh then turns out what I thought was in the bed of the truck, was already in my extra room.
