Weird issue/Question for those with the MOPAR Intake.

Do you get these weird patterns on the shroud? I wipe them off and they come back. I would love to know what that is?

Water spots are normal but don’t remember seeing that pattern. Is you hood liner maybe touching or loose and flapping up front?

Either that or left over from frost formation in the winter when water froze.

Thanks I’ll check the hood liner. The truck only has 5,000 miles on it and it hasn’t even seen a winter yet. I’ve wiped them off and they always come back. It’s very strange to me. Didn’t have that stock or with the S&B intake.

Yeah I’m really curious what it is. I might swing by a dealer and ask if they have any idea.

i have some white spots on my tailgate plastic piece too. Wipe them away and comes back when it's dry. I never found out what it is and can never get rid of them.

Try a waterspot remover. I have a chemical guys one. Works great.
