Hello everyone, tomorrow I’m having a borla pro xs muffler welded in place of the factory muffler. My question is about the weep holes. Should I have them sealed or not? I’ve heard about the odd idle sound. If anyone has experience with this please chime in. Thank you.

I thought of doing the same thing to mine, did punching them back into place help the resonator noise?

Nevermind, figured its worth 5 minutes and just went and punched mine shut. No more weep hole noise at side with my Flowmaster just a nice deep rumble

Where are these weep holes located?

It was recommended by the exhaust shop to weld the holes shut. Thank you for your feed. It’s appreciated.
