I tried searching for this symptom but found nothing that matches exactly.

My 2019 Limited, with 103k miles makes a "wah wah wah" sound at any speed. the sound gets faster and louder with speed. I thought it was my tires because they needed to be replaced. I replaced all tires but now the sound is still there, maybe even louder now. There is no play in the wheel hub, uneven tire wear, or grinding noise.

Does this sound like it could be a a bad wheel bearing?

if so, what brand wheel hub should I get? I have 4wd and 22" wheels

Thanks for looking

That’s usually the sound a bad bearing makes

Thank you for your response! I am pricing wheel hubs now. I'm thinking about going with SKF or Timken. Any suggestions?

My truck with 90,000 miles started making noise. I jacked up the front so the wheels were off the ground. Then I spun the wheels by hand and found the passenger side was feeling rough and “growling “ a bit compared to the driver side. There was no play in the bearing though.
I replaced them both.

Then I saw and felt the loose inboard ends of the CV axles.
Replaced the passenger side along with the stub coming out of the differential a few days ago. I will tackle the driver’s side tomorrow.

Couldn’t tell you much on the preference because my mileage is only 41,000 km but I know from past experience that it sounds like a wheel bearing, does the noise change when you are driving and turn the steering wheel from left to right? If the noise happens when you turn to the right it’s your left bearing and visa versa.
