None of my USB ports are working when engine/Battery is off, could that be changed so my devices can actually charge, even if the engine is off?

In my bighorn, the usbs on the back of the console (for rear seat passengers) stayed hot with the key off. Good for charging the kids various devices. Haven’t checked the Laramie yet..
