USB Ports Question

In my 21 Bighorn there are no rear USB ports. I have 2 in the dash and 1 in the console. Most of the videos I've watched about hooking up Android phone to Uconnect with a cable, they have used the one in the console. Are the 2 in the dash and the one in the console equally the same? Thanks

If you don't have any in the rear, only the 2 up front will work for Android Auto (assuming you have the 8.4 or 12.0 radio). The one under the console lid is charging only.
