URGENT ONE : used 2016 RAM 1500 Mopar original bed extender on a DT 2019 ??

This is an urgent one... and quick one.

I am offered by a guy in my area a MOPAR bed extender out of his 2016 RAM 1500... I know that MOPAR have different PN# for 2009-2018 RAM et 2019-2021 DT RAM... but at the first glance it seem to align with the mounting holes in my DT??? So I am comfused. The box is pretty similar between a Classic and a DT... I even installed a BED RUG full mat out of a 2018 in my DT 2019 and it fit perfectly, I only had to trim like a quarter-inch of carpet in the bed opening but this area of the bed doesn't line up with the Bed Extender mount...

The guy is asking 100$ CAD (70$ US) for the extender, never used almost... brand new condition.

Your idea?

If the price is right, give it a try. Worst case scenario- it doesn't fit and you turn around and sell it to someone else.

I put a Mopar Bed Extender from my 2014 into my new 2020 Rebel.. Fit perfect !

It will fit. I took mine off of a ‘15 Ecodiesel, installed it in the bed of my ‘19 DT.
