Update for UCONNECT

Hi,
Does anybody know how to update and where to download the files for the updated version. I currently have Uconnect2018?
CANADA-SBX-12.1-NR-28-1-0-20181108-N0G1
Any help would be much appreciated. I am in Australia so there is limited help here.

The reason I am after an update is because "device not supported" keeps coming up and then shutting the system down and rebooting
