Noticed that the Base Price and some option prices increased from Jan to Feb on RAM build and price.....for example Laramie 5'7" crew cab 2x2 went from $44030 to $44480 and the level 1 option went up $200....finding some window stickers with old prices and some with new in dealer inventories...does this happen often?

Not often , probably has more to do with the chip shortage and reducing production .

I agree with @Fatherof3. Certain technology is in short supply right now. Some newly ordered trucks might not have everything available that buyers want, consequestly prices are going up.

It’s common. Manufacturers don’t like to suddenly raise the price 2k at the end of a model year. Instead, they usually raise prices incrementally a few times so the sticker shock isn’t as great.
