Un-Used bolts lowered front Chassis.

Hello all! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
I recently installed some Vijay Off-road bumpers on my Rebel, and I guess since I couldn't see them before, I never noticed. What are these un-used bolts on the front bottom end of the chassis?
Is there anything that goes mounted there? Even if it's just for aesthetics?
My apologies if this has been asked before.

Thank you man! For some reason I thought it was for some type of skid plate. So when I was searching I came up with nothing. Thanks again!
