Uconnect/SOS/and Wi-Fi not working

Hi everyone, so I recently replaced my 8.4 with Nav to the 12.1 with nav via MVI Inc in my 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. The radio is working fine however, none of the uconnect services are working, this includes Wi-Fi, SOS Button and the Assist button. I contacted FCA and the said it could be something with my Telematics in the truck. Has anyone had any issues similar to this and if so how did you fix it if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the units have different sales codes
you probably need to tell the computer the new sales code

UBL uconnect 5 nav with 8.4” display

UEL uconnect 5 nav with 8.4” display

UBQ uconnect 5 nav with 12” display

UEQ uconnect 5 nav with 12” display

UBN uconnect 5 nav with 10.1” display

UEN uconnect 5 nav with 10.1” display

if dealer will not fix it you probably can do it with
