Uconnect sirus station scroll not working

Hi guys
Just had my truck back to the dealer about the sat nav searching off line.
No fix yet lol.
Long story short since they were playing with it I can't use the browse/enter knob does anyone know if this can be turned off/on.
It works ok to manually tune the radio so it's working just can't search or change stations with.
Anyone got any ideas????
