UConnect not working, please help

My UConnect, SOS and GPS/Nav not working, dealer and Ram Care no help. Does anyone have issues like these and figure how to fix. please help

Thanks heydre, in process of hiring attorney to pursue breach of warranty claim. FCA should not be allowed to profit from sale of vehicles with warranties and ignore their warranty obligations. Hopefully Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act will help.
