UConnect had schizoid embolism

I noticed this morning that my presets on 7 to 10 weren’t really working they look like they were programmed, but when I selected them the channel didn’t change. And I could not scroll to them using the steering wheel buttons.

I tried receiving the sirus stations but that didn’t work

I tried a soft reset, but that didn’t help
Eventually, I just tried programming those positions with FM radio instead of sirus.

The FM stations programmed, and I could scroll through them.

So then i saved Sirus stations again and it worked. I can select them on screen and with the steering wheel button.

I was curious to see if I should do a software update, so I was able to get it to connect to my Wi-Fi at my house and then it just kept saying it was searching or scanning but it never said it needed updated or not

I have had my truck a year. This week all the presets vanished for the 4th time. Twice after the dealership udated the software/program. No real answer/solution so far.

Uconnect sucks.. it is one of my biggest issues with this truck. I feel like it was only made for the 'Wow' factor to get you to buy the truck. The system itself is really bad and has zero support.

What is the current software version? There is a software update coming for UC5 in 3rd quarter to fix many things.
