Uconnect app not starting truck.

I recently activated the Uconnect service and I can't get the app, (Uconnect or ram app) to start the truck if it sits more than 3 hours.
I try to start it before work or after work and nothing. I usually get a fail start notice on the apps.
If I turn it off I can start it from the app right away.

I got this notice the other day.

I was 50/50 at best with the app.

The new app with the 2022's is much better than the old UConnect app. I've ran into 1 time where the truck didn't start, maybe some weird coverage thing where the truck is parked?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Yes. Multiple times.

I have the Uconnect app and the Ram app.

2022 uses the ram connect app. It's Ram logo with Ram under it on a black background (for Android). The blue 'U' Uconnect app was for anything prior.
