Just purchased my 2500 on Friday. Yes, I have over the last 72 hours found out that I as well have a volume issue with my 8.4 with Nav. Way loud and volume resets to 15. Do all of you with 8.4 Nav have this issue. How about with the 12 or even the base 8.4 minus the nav? Is this Uconnect specific to 8.4 with Nav?

Got the same problem, what i do in the video fixed it before last update. Now with the update it doesnt work anymore...
