UCONNECT 8.4 Will NOT Reset - Factory Reset Not Working Either

So, I've tried searching the various forums and cannot come up with a matching issue. I have a 2020 RAM 1500 Big Horn 4 x 4 with the 8.4 Uconnect display. It's had an odd quirk here and there in the 17 months I've had the truck. It only had 20K on it when I purchased it. I have a current and up-to-date SXM subscription that includes Weather and Traffic. However, those options remain grayed out on my display. I can go into settings and perform the three reset option and those items come back, until I try to select a city for Weather and they gray out again. I have tried resetting with the Volume and Tuner buttons, the Climate Control temperature buttons and the phone/voice recognition buttons - none of these work. Even holding them up to a full minute. The screen never resets. I've also pulled the battery cables and let the truck sit overnight and upon reconnecting - it still doesn't work. I keep reading that going into settings and performing the factory reset will remove all settings, but not on this truck. SXM tech support confirmed that I do have an active subscription, but they could only offer the same reset solutions and even tried resending the information to the system, but with no luck. Has anyone else hadthis issue and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks!
