I have a 2019 Ram 1500. Since buying it I have never been able to get UConnect and CarPlay to work correct. I recently changed the battery and all of sudden everything worked. However it only works as long as the car is running. Once the car turns off and the system has time return to normal it goes back to not working. To be specific what doesn’t work is I can’t talk back to Siri when replying to messages, “she” doesn’t acknowledge I’m talking, like she can’t hear me. However when the battery is disconnected and reconnected or the fuse is pulled, essentially resetting the system, it works until the car turns off off and back on. Attached is a picture of what the screen or theme looks like when the system works. Please help
