UC4/8.4" to UC5/12" Upgrade....Lost Backup Camera

I recently upgraded to the UC5/12" combo and overall everything went smoothly, took a hot minute to find a decent wiring diagram to learn some old UC4 wires were not needed anymore. I changed two settings with AlphaOBD ( disabled CSI and enabled DCSD).

Seems the system doesn't recognize the camera anymore. I double check the "RED" connector was seated properly on the new UC5 module (which is connected to the "Red" connector on the module)

Could I have disabled the camera feature somehow? Anything in the UC5 settings that needs to be changed? Stumped why it stopped working after a smooth install. Any trouble shooting I can do to check fuse or route the video signal to a display to check the video signal?

Following up on my newer findings, Its been easily 14hrs since installing the UC5 system so if the system needed time to sync with features I figured it would have done so.

I did end up with an extra multipin connector (attached picture), I cannot back track this connector attaching to anything in the UC4 setup, could it be for a feature my vehicle wasn't equipped with from factory but the wiring harness still had the connector.....or would it have anything to do with the camera.

When I am on the setting page and one of the two icons ( power steps or mirror dimmer) is illuminated and I place the vehicle in reverse the illuminated icon becomes unilluminated as if the "camera" icon should be illuminated.
