Hi all. Just a bit of information to pass on if someone is searching out a U1267 code. I have a 2023 Tradesman that i was working on the bed. When I went to start it the motor turned over with plenty of power but would not start. I realized I could not hear the fuel pump priming. I traced the problem to a loose ground terminal that was attached to the frame under the bed. Tightened it up - problem fixed. Hopefully this may help someone else with the same issue.

I believe my fuel pump is toast. Just hit 100K. I ran all diagnostics with Alfa. Im not getting any readings that have anything to do with fuel/pressure, etc. Here are the pics of tests. Everything points to fuel pump. It was bucking and revving the past few days at lower rpms and California rolls. Hesitation etc. Research says pump.

Anyone experience these symptoms and have to change the pump and concur with my analysis?

The diagnostic was performed while trying to start the truck. All other systems functioned and plotted the data including the crankshaft sensor. Tach moves when trying to start which is good.

I did every trick we know of. Disconnect battery
Touch neg and pos cables for 30 secs
Swapped relays
Swapped fuses
Checked lines under truck...clean as a whistle.
Have to drop tank to see anything else because it's all up top.

Thank you!View attachment 213103

try pounding on the side of the fuel tank pretty hard and do it a few times then try to start..sometimes when its a fuel pump issue hitting the tank gets the pump to move just enough to start working again if it has a dead spot in the armature.. it's worked for me on quite a few trucks before...
