U connect failure Ram

Have 2018 Ram 1500 U Connect update requested....scheduled it at night......Udate failed and killed my battery cause screen never turns off all night with "Error code 20 - see Dealer" Put battery on charger...updated started again and failed. Now battery is struggling to charge again cause Screen won't go out.....any way to fix this....thanks

You will probably have to have the dealer perform the update manually as something may have got messed up software wise. Or it bricked the computer that controls the radio unit and will need to be replaced. Hopefully it’s nothing hardware related, but it has happened before.

You could maybe try unhooking the battery for a couple hours or something to reset everything and hook it back up.
