Turn Signals

So I was driving 2019 1500 Laramie, used my turn signal (right) and it went back to normal position after turn (right) but it keep blinking, switched it down out of normal position to left turn signal spot it stopped blinking right but didn't do anything didn't blink left put it back to normal position blinks right switch it up to right turn and it blinks right. Hazards work properly all exterior lights work. Is it the multifunction switch? and if so how do you remove and replace.?

I believe there was a bunch of bad stalks, I didn't think it was for the 2019s though, was 2023. Not sure on the part number.

I would say yes, bad switch.
