Tuner recommendations?

I guess Im just getting tired of the hesitation in the throttle or lack of response, my old truck 2011 had the same hesitation but a "pedal commander" fixed it. Dont know if those are still available but was thinking of a tuner instead, Is there one you are Awe struck over?

I'll say handheld, maybe all i need is the pedal commander? i did have it on my last ram
