trying to understand my seat configuration

So I am trying to order the correct rear bench cover for my truck I have a Laramie 2019 3500
here is a pic of the rear seat. which one should i choose when I order?? all three headrest do come off. is mine a 4th or 5th generation?
Here are the choices:

It's 4th Gen, the 2019+ 1500 models are considered 5th Gen, but the HD's are still in the 4th Gen. I'd go with the seat cover you have highlighted in the screenshot.
