I got a 2021 ram north edition with factory level kit and 1 inch lift. Will the black trx rims with the 35 inch tires fit my truck?

Yes, and no. You will have clearance issues unless you run wheel spacers, from my understanding

That’s correct. You will rub on the UCA’s u need at minimum a 1” spacer I believe
