I put a 3.5 inch lift on my Bighorn and want to put stock 35 " TRX wheels on. Will 2" wheel spacers allow control arms clearance?
Thanks

That’s overkill I think minimum u need is like 1” or so. A lot of people have done this searching the forum you will find your answer

I got the clearance but now bub behind the front bumper

Here’s some threads to reference

On my setup I had to remove front mud flaps and bend the metal tab back and used a zip tie to pull fender back

Anything below 1.5”, you’ll need to trim your OEM studs. The pocket on TRX wheels are about 1/2” deep.

I have 1.5 and bought 1” thinking it would fit but it didn’t clear stock studs.

I did also have to bend the metal tab.

I'm hitting on the front side.
There's a plastic trim on the inner side of the fender behind the bumper

For the front liner, you can unscrew the three bolts and push it behind. That should give you little more clearance.

Also, heat and push it in with a pipe or something.

Its actually hitting the fender trim the yhe 3 liner screws bolt to.
I have 2" spacers, could that be putting the tire too far out of the fender?
Tires was hitting the control arms. I may try thinner

Potentially. Mine is 1.5” spacer with leveled air suspension. And I’m only dragging the back side of the liner.

You're right
I took the 2" off and remount with not spacers and the tire clears just fine but I'm against the control arms.
I put the spacer lugs on the studs to simulate a thiner spacer and the wheel barely clears the control arms and still clears the fender.
The simulation was 3/4" so 1" should do the trick.
Thanks all
