Truck wont start - Battery seems fine

FOB didnt work, so I mistakenly unlocked the door with the actual key. Horn goes blaring, FOB wont stop it... so I ended up pulling the horn fuse while I tried to get the issue resolved. Long story short, I cant get the truck started. It doesnt seem like a battery issue, lights work, running board, etc. Tells me to press the brake and do the thing. I replaced the FOB battery and it still wont unlock/lock/stop the panic. I've pulled the battery and tried it all again but nothing. I tried pressing the ignition with the actual key (service tech said it works??) but it didnt.

You can hear the transmission trying to do something when I press the ignition on. Probably a theft thing though. I did notice at one point on the U-Connect the "Please enter Anti-Theft code" screen too but cant get it to show.

I have XM Guardian and keep getting the emails that someone is trying to steal my truck.

Can you start it by pressing the bottom of the FOB to the start button? I see you said that, but it has to be the bottom of the FOB. Could be the security hub in the back. Do you have a leaking rear window?

Ill give it a shot in a sec. When you say bottom of the FOB, below the horn panic button? Does the key need to be in or out? Also, no leaking rear window.

Just press the bottom of the FOB opposite the key ring and use it like you would your finger to press the start button.

That didn’t fix it. Everytime I try to start it the, shifter makes that weird noise and allows me to turn it, when it stops making the noise it locks again.

Just hit it with my multimeter. 11.94-11.97 is the battery.
