Truck Bed Cover - Adding Rack

I purchased the Pace Edwards JackRabbit bed cover. Now I want to add a rack on the back to putt Kayaks on the back. However I didnt think about this until after I purchased the Pace Edwards JackRabbit. What are my options to adding a rack over the back of the truck bed?

I have the Agricover Aluminum Pro which sits atop the bed rails and fastens into the stake pockets - not the most beautiful looking rack but very strong/stable. I'd say that + minor trimming on that rear pocket hole should work for you

Pace Edwards Explorer Rails

This is something I looked into when deciding on what cover to go with. I ultimately went with Roll n Lock and will eventually buy their Qwikrack once i need the rails.

I have the Agricover ADARAC aluminum pro. Looking at your photo the tonneau rails may interfere with the rack rails...
