Truck automatically calls my linked phone on startup

Hi guys, my truck is automatically calling my linked cell phone on startup. Actually, the UConnect system SAYS it's calling my phone but the cell phone doesn't ring and isn't in a call. This just started last week.

I've tried unpairing my phone, restarting, and re-pairing the phone. Didn't fix anything. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fix?

I think this is a phone issue... I have a 2016 charger (UConnect 3) and had a 2011 Ram, both started doing that intermittently. Radio would go to the call screen, look to be in a call, phone wasn't in a call but you could "hang up" the radio.

Haven't seen it in the 2019 Ram yet, knock on wood...
