Tread Lightly Discount and Pop Up Bonus Cash

I have the RAM Pop Up Bonus Cash coupon for $1500. I’m using the Tread Light, 1% below invoice for my vehicle purchase. I have seen many mixed reports about dealerships not allowing the $1500 pop up to be used with Tread Lightly. RAM Incentives was no help when I called. They didn’t even know what Tread Lightly was. Does anyone have a clear answer on this? Can the two be used together? Thanks.
