Transmission Slipping- Dealer can't replicate

My 2019 Ram slips into N, typically when it is cold and downshifting.

Thais happens periodically and the dealer hasn't been able to replicate it in the 5 different times I brought it in- Arigo Dodge Tamarac FL.

How common is this and has anybody's dealer been able to find a fix?

I love my truck but this issue hasn't been handled well.

Any insight is appreciated.

Can you make it happen regularly? If so you may have to drive with them to show it to them. It is hard for them repair something they can't verify is happening.

I have sent them video and pictures of the error messages that show up
When it happens but so far they are unwilling to do anything unless it happens when they drive it.

I understand that they would like to witness it but what do you do with a potential safety issues that only happens periodically?
You can’t just throw up your hands and say oh well.
I have an extended warranty so I’m my mind they need to find a way to fix it but now Ram and the dealership Arigo Sawgrass are ignoring me.

You want them to just throw something at and hopefully it fixes it? Would you pay for that(if you didn't have a service contract)?

I have had same exact problem since like 34k miles, I’m at 95k now and happens all the time, a lot of calls and dealership can’t replicate and FCA won’t do anything. I am trying to figure out what to do and how to take care of this issue? Any luck for you with dealership or fca? I wonder if I should talk to lawyer. I have max care warranty but doesn’t help

I am seeing more and more people claiming this issue, I will start doing research how to start a class action lawsuit and will let you know here.
