So my wife and I were having issues with our 2019. Reading through a bunch of posts and the symptoms read like so many others that the transmission was having issues.
As far as coasting down and down shifting/up-shifting when accelerating afterwords. There seem to be a number of TSBs associated with this problem.
No check engine lights were showing up, and had brought it in a few times and the vehicle refused to reproduce the problem.
The tech plugged in a scanner while test driving and found misfires occurring but not enough to trigger a CEL.
Turns out our 2019 with 56k miles on it needs new coils, boots, and plugs as there is corrosion on all of them.
Thought I would throw this out as yet another possible fix for people experiencing issues with their vehicles. Someone was skimping on dielectric grease when assembling!
