Has anyone done transmission relearn from the dealer, if so around how much? Also I have a 2019 North edition 45k miles and experiencing some hard shifts.

Possibly a TSB about hard shifting, cured with re-flashing the TCM.
Try a search on it?

If you have either the AlfaOBD or OBD JScan apps, and a Bluetooth OBD II connector you can do it yourself.

Was gonna try resetting TCM with the gas pedal method

That only recalibrates your throttle body, nothing with transmission.
