Transmission Issue 19 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 L HEMI 8 speed

I just recently took my truck into the dealership for the engine light coming on which wasn't the first time last time it came on i needed a software update but i knew there was something wrong a couple months ago and was told a day later that i needed a new transmission with less then 10 thousand KM on it what the hell is going on has anybody else have similar issues or did i just get a lemon

It's a mass produced vehicle made by humans. Defects happen, glad it happened while you have a warranty. It doesn't feel good but it does happen.

Oh i know im glad its warranty to but damn first time i've ever had that happen with any of the rams i owned especially with less then 10 thousand K on it i had two before never had a transmission problem but i see your point just wasn't happy with it there not cheap trucks especially the one you have thats 75-80 grand in Canada

Absolutely, I would not be happy but it did happen to me once on a new Grand Cherokee and they did a great job in getting it swapped. Mine is going in Tuesday for a couple things.
