Trailer lites always on.

I’m a new owner of a 2020 Ram Bighorn. Just getting to know what everything is. Today when hooking up my horse trailer and testing the lights I found that they all work as they should except the running lights and tail lights stay on even when the truck lights are turned off. And even stranger they stay on when the truck is off and locked. I thought that there may be a timed delay to turning off but after 30 minutes they are still on. I unplugged the trailer and when plugged back in they come back on. This did not happen with my F150 that the Ram replaced so I don’t think it is a trailer wiring problem. Is there a relay that could be causing this. Anyone with a thought? Thanks
