We picked up our new 5th wheel yesterday and found out the Ram factory installed trailer braking system is not compatible with the 5th wheel. When the service tech hooked his Chevy up to the trailer everything worked perfectly. the service tech manually wired trailer brake box so we could get the trailer home. We want to use the factory braking system, does the dealership know how to resolve this?
