I have a new 2021 Ram Big Horn. There is no voltage at the 4pin trailer connection. Is there anything I need to do or switch on to get voltage? Thanks, Horses

I might be mistaken, but unless your lights are on, I think you shouldn't have voltage on the 4 pin. Only when you've got the running lights, hazards, brakes, or turn signals on. Try those and check again.

Thanks, I fixed it. The large plug on the back of the receptacle was not completely push in. I snapped it in place and all is good.
