Trackers , Alarm

Hey does anyone know if this is a tracker or what this little thing is the size of a nickel just below the steering wheel to the left ? It has to small wires

Oh ok well i activated the factory alarm with Alpha Obd , i dont think the other one worked because i was able to open door and no alarm went off before.
