Hello everyone, I am new to the community so thanks for any support in advance. I have a 2019 1500 bighorn 5.7l. I had crashed it pretty hard ripping the driver front wheel off. Insurance is an issue b4 anyone asks. I have rebuilt the entire driver wheel assembly. New knuckle, new control arms, new hub, new brake hose amd pads. When it first came together everything was working properly. After driving it just a little the TPMS stopped working. Replaced the sensor in the driver hub. No change. Pulled battery and let it reset. No change. Then the ABS light came on amd I also lost 4wd, traction control, stability control, cruise control. The 1st thing to go were the tire pressure sensor on all but the passenger rear. It went last night. It did set for 6 months as I gathered parts. I have cleared codes and done everything i know to do. As any other 2019 bighorn owners probably know these trucks can be a nightmare getting proper parts for. It is also throwing a brake switch code and driver seat module communication fault. I don't understand what the last one means.i can get the code numbers if that can help. Any assistance at this point would be GREATLY appreciated.

have you or did you ever have a rear window leak?
if it sat for months water might have gotten in somewhere.

and welcome to the forum
No, it was stored properly while off the road. Everything worked at 1st and started dropping off little by little. The passenger rear tire stopped reading last night. It makes no sense to me. It didn't start until I had about 100 miles on it. So I don't think it's a calibration issue but I could be wrong. 4wd worked, abs worked, Everything was working out of the gate. Very strange to me. I do have a stability control recall. I'm getting it done this week. It is just so strange these systems started breaking down the way they did.

I had a wheel speed sensor wire get damaged and it caused all sorts of similar problems. Check that out and see if there's a nick or tear or short in that one? I could see it being damaged or installed not quite right after an accident and causing issues. Doesn't explain the other corners being funky though.

Put a more advanced scanner on it and got c0031 "left front wheel speed sensor - circuit current out of range". I replaced it with a new hub. It still won't read. Basically everything on the driver side has been replaced. I'm getting strange codes now like c2206-00 "Vehicle configuration mismatch" or c006a-49 "multi axis acceleration sensor - internal electronic failure". What dosent make sense to me is all this stuff was initially working and just stopped.
