Hi, I own a 2021 RAM Rebel. I bought new wheels online and ordered TPMS sensors with them (not Mopar sensors though). After getting the new wheels and TPMS sensors on the system is recognizing the tire pressures but it moves the sensor readouts around randomly. For example, I show two tires with 55 PSI and two with 45 PSI, but they move around. The 55 PSI's don't stay on the front. They may show on the left side, then the right, then one in the front and one in the back and etc. Then the system will occasionally say "Tire Pressure Unavailable". What would cause this moving/jumping around problem?

signal issues from the aftermarket sensors.
you could've just swap sensors to the new wheels.

Right on. Here's what I found out late yesterday from a tire service center here. The tire guy said he called FCA and was told the aftermarket sensors (MAX Select brand) were the issue probably due to frequency differences. Sooooo......I went home and took the stock sensors off my old stock wheels and took them back to the tire service and they are currently swapping them back to the original sensors on my new wheels. So we'll see how it goes when I pick it up. If it cures the issue then hallelujah.

nothing beats OE sensors

Agreed with boogielander. And you gotta watch some of those ebay sellers. They may say oem but they aren’t!!
I ran into this same thing. Custom Wheels Offset sent sensors that just wouldn’t all recognize at the same time. At the time, these were my second set of wheels that I swapped out so I didn’t want to take out the oe ones.
My SA at the local dealership advised me to buy oem on ebay, its way cheaper.
It took me 3 tries to get a real set of oe ones. Weird thing is, the last 2 sets outputted a signal, my ram just wouldnt sync them. I went as far as buying an autel tool to scan them lol.

Ask for a refund from the wheel shop on the sensors.
