According to my very reliable tire guy and Autel rep, the late spring 2019 Rams have an update which do not allow 1) the use of aftermarket TPMS sensors nor 2) The ability for anyone but an FCA dealer to program them. I do not know if this is accurate but just passing along. I have Autel 433mhz sensors that can't be programmed or read, and the truck shut down when my tire mechanic tried to write the sensors through the obd with his tool. He wasn't even able to read the OE sensors on OE wheels with his scan tool.
