Guys, I'm new to the forum. Thanks in advance.
Recently purchased 2021 1500 and while towing my Phoenix boat I loose TPMS signal on the truck one at a time immediately after retrieving the trailer from the water.
Trailer does have all led lights working. Once trailer is disconnected, pressures return to normal without anymore warnings.
Please advise.

That is odd, but they do say to disconnect trailer lights before backing into water. These trucks are so vulnerable to electronic bugs. Who knows, you could have a bare spot in the trailer wiring somewhere, that doesn't actually short out, but causes problems when wet. These new trucks know if a trailer is hooked up without attaching wires. My brother one time went to pulling away from his trailer, but forgot to disconnect the trailer plug. The truck jammed the brakes and wouldn't move.

The issue of unplugging the trailer plug will not activate the reverse solenoid bypass on the trailer brakes, therefore you can not back up. I was curious if some type of resistor was needed for led trailer lights.

Every trailer I have seen with surge brakes, has a manual lockout. I actually removed the 5 wire plug from my trailer and just pin the lockout anyway, because the solonoid never worked very good anyway. When I did have it hooked up, the brakes would still apply when backing up, if I hit a small rock or chuckhole. The solonoid was working, just not strong enough to prevent braking. I had to pin it anyway. Now I don't have to use a 7 to 5 adapter any more, I use the 4 pin.
