I'll attach the door sticker. Trying to figure out my GCWR, payload and such. I figure I'm good for what I plan to tow, but wanted to figure out the actual numbers. It's a '23 Big Horn Sport with the tow package. I was going to enter the specs on: Towing Capacity Calculator: Estimate Your Truck Tow Capacity but don't know the GCWR.

What I plan to tow: My Jeep on a trailer, so probably around 7000 - 8000lbs. I figure I'm good, but want to know my actual specs.

You need to look at the other sticker to the right with the tires to get your payload.
Find your actual weight of the truck weighed and deduct that number from 7100lbs.
For me my payload was 1060 from the factory, so should weigh 6,040 but my truck actually weighs 6360 and 7100-6360 is 740 payload (without me inside it).
Typically I believe you assume 15% of the weight of the trailer goes on the hitch, ie is your payload. So on my truck I am looking at able to tow just under 4900lbs without a driver.
My real payload after people are loaded is only 437lbs, so around a 3000lbs trailer if we assume 15% hitch weight.
My actual tow ratings don't matter because I am limited by my payload in a Limited.

The tow rating depends on the build of your truck, engine choice and gearing, without your vin we don't know what that is.

So ignore the payload and weights on this chart as these are best possible scenario and just look at the GVWR and GCWR.

Ok good. Figured I should be good, but just wanted to know the actual specs. Doubt I'd ever go over 8K, no plans to tow anything larger. Could even get that weight down if I get an aluminum trailer. Though those are $$, and would be more worried about it getting stolen.
