Touch screen 2020 Ram Longhorn

My touch screen seems to have a new problem every time I turn the truck on. Sometimes the touch screen freezes, I can't push the knob to turn off the radio if I am in reverse, if the iphone is tethered the steering wheel controls for the phone do not work. I turned off a song I didn't want to hear while driving, waited 10 minutes and turned it back on, the song continued where it left off. This went on for 45 minutes, finally had to let the song play. Once the screen went black but music was still playing. The screen flashed a bunch so the radio was replaced, it has begun the same flashing from time to time and overall operations is worse. Any ideas?
