I've got the 5th gen 1500 limited with the 5.7 hemi, oil cooler is hooked together with the coolant, the oil coolant sprung a leak into the coolant, causing a huge mess, the oil cooler, radiator and thermostat have all been replaced, and system throughly flushed.
I notice the temperature range goes 197-206 for first hr driving, then it averages 203-219 the rest of day. Is this a normal temperature range for this truck seems higher than normal from other vehicles iv had

Sounds about right. Pretty sure the t-stat is 214°, someone correct me if i am wrong.

Should be fully open at 212°

100% normal to me, you maybe only noticing it now because you had an issue before. That's my normal range when up to operating temp since new. If idling in hot weather, it will go up to 230F before the fan brings it down to 220F. While in motion, it fluctuates between 200 - 220F. You will notice your analog gauge will show no moment from 190F - 230F.
