My 2025 Ram limited came with a factory tonneau cover.
It leaks!! Generally where the split rubber is folded over. And the portion near the cab light can be seen at each corner.
What should or could I do??
Thanks, Paulb12

Dealer should fix it, but can you get a thin piece of weather stripping under it? The length of the entire bedrail.

As noted above, try getting some flat weather stripping from the hardware store. Get the kind that has ridges on one side and is sticky on both sides. Get enough that covers the length as one continuous strip for each side. Get inside the bed during very bright sunlight and id where the light comes through, mark the area with painter's tape. The areas marked are where you need to concentrate your efforts. Mark on the bottom of the cover as well. Take the cover off and then examine the areas marked for flaws in the bodywork, and flaws in the gasket seal of the cover. You will then have a good idea of what, where, and how to make the improved seals. The tailgate will be a source of leaks that can also be sealed with the same weather stripping, make sure to mark the side of the bed and the tailgate so you know where to focus and compare the before and after the improvements. This works best with 2 persons. This can be done with flashlights after dark, weather-dependent.

when I put my aftermarket cover ON I saw the same space and doubled up the foam strip in that area.
