Tonneau Cover

I am looking for a good tonneau Cover. I would prefer the hard tri-fold. My main criteria are it being free of leaks and it does not flap around on the highway. Also, does anyone have any details on the one contained on the ordering portal? My price range is up to $600.

If you want a soft roll up, really don't bat around on the highway, you cannot beat the Truxedo Truxport. I've had one on my F150 for years and bought a new one for the Ram. $258 shipped.
